This is a favorite recipe on my old blog – Paleo Roasted Brussels Sprouts Red Grapes and Pecans. I wanted to make a new version of it tonight for Family Night Dinner and it’s pretty awesome. I hope you try it soon.
I put the following ingredients on a huge baking sheet:
1 container of fresh brussels sprouts, ends cut off and then halved
3 cups red grapes
1 cup pecans
4 pieces uncured bacon, slightly cooked (not crunchy already)
1 TBSP olive oil
I stirred everything up with my hands, spread it out, and then sprinkled just a little rosemary, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper on the top.
This went into an oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
When it comes out of the oven, I always pour some balsamic reduction over the top – Maybe 2 TBSP for the entire pan. Oh, the flavors!
